🔎 Project at a Glance
- Format: 6-person bilingual group discussions
- Topics: Real workplace scenarios — project planning, KPIs, troubleshooting, teamwork
- Languages: Native/near-native in one + high fluency in the other (pt-BR - es-MX)
- Participants: We welcome diverse voices, accents, and backgrounds
We’d love to know if you can help us form full discussion groups from your team and extended network (friends, family, colleagues). Our goal is to kick off the pilot within a week.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
Professionals with backgrounds in:
Project Management • Sales/Marketing • IT/Engineering • HR • Product/UX • Research/Academia
And who can:
- Participate naturally in a 6-person conversation
- Stay on topic while sounding spontaneous
- Handle light overlap (speaking over each other occasionally)
📝 What You’ll Do
- Complete a paid 30-minute training
- Join 3 short group discussions (3–5 minutes each)
- Use a simple online recording tool (no camera)
- Total time commitment: ~2 hours, flexible scheduling
We’ll also request a quick 1-minute audio sample—very simple.
If you already know someone who speaks the opposite language pair, feel free to invite them too!
💵 Compensation
USD 20/hour
- 30 minutes paid for training
~30 minutes paid per conversation session (3 sessions total)
