Qualifications
For Data Annotator/AI Trainer roles: strong English communication, excellent attention to detail, ability to follow complex annotation guidelines uniformly, comfort with diverse or sensitive content, and basic technical literacy for annotation tools. A Bachelor's degree is preferred (required for some roles), and familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus. Experience with annotation tools like Labelbox, CVAT, Prodigy, or SageMaker Ground Truth is valued. Candidates must pass a General English test and Versant spoken/written English assessment. For Generative AI Associate roles: Bachelor's or higher (Master's/PhD preferred), C1/C2 English proficiency. For AI/ML Engineering roles: Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in CS, ML, or related field, 2–5+ years experience, Python proficiency, and hands-on experience with PyTorch/JAX/TensorFlow and LLM fine-tuning workflows.
