Voice Actor / Voice-Over Artist — Mexican Spanish (AI Speech Training)
About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and responds to millions of Spanish speakers across Mexico and beyond? We're partnering with leading AI research teams to capture authentic, natural Mexican Spanish speech — and we need professional voice actors to bring it to life.
This is a paid contract role for experienced voice actors and voice-over artists based in Mexico. You'll record conversational dialogue in a professional studio environment, helping AI systems learn to understand real, human-sounding speech.
Important: This project does not involve voice cloning. Your recordings are used solely to improve AI speech comprehension.
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Session Format: 2–3 sessions of 4 hours each
- Location: Professional recording studio (locally assigned in Mexico)
What You'll Do
- Record natural, conversational Mexican Spanish speech in a professional studio setting
- Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue exchanges
- Follow light directorial guidance on tone, pacing, and delivery
- Bring authenticity to scripted dialogue — making it sound natural and unscripted
- Adapt your performance style across a range of conversational scenarios
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with hands-on recording experience
- A native or near-native speaker of Mexican Spanish — your accent is the real deal
- Currently based in Mexico
- Comfortable recording natural dialogue and responsive to direction
- Reliable, professional, and easy to work with in a studio environment
- Working-level English for communication purposes
Nice to Have
- Acting or performance background
- Prior experience in broadcast, podcast, or commercial studio recording
- Comfort with both scripted and improvised conversational delivery
