Job description
Full-time freelance (external contractor) position for an experienced Quality Lead to provide Quality Leading tasks for processed at Argos Multilingual who has previous experience with SEO, Copywriting and QA.
The Quality Lead would be part of the Quality team at Argos, will be fully dedicated to the relevant accounts, and will support the main Quality Lead/Quality Manager of each account with different tasks on a daily basis. (Final verification on copywriting projects, creation of instructions and creative briefs, LQA, arbitration on LQAs, KW research, KW QA, Feedback processing, etc.)
The projects are quoted hourly and we require regular availability, 8 hours daily.
At Argos, we believe achieving great quality is a collaborative process; in which receiving continuous feedback on translations is essential for our linguistic partners’ success. We are looking for a freelancer (external contractor) to act as a Quality Lead, overseeing quality assurance tasks for translation projects at Argos Multilingual, in many languages.
· Degree in linguistics
· Fluent in English
· Prior quality-related experience (QA; query management; resources management – guidelines, terminology; linguistic feedback analysis; and similar)
. Previous experience with SEO, Copywriting, QA
· 8 hours a day availability; long-term commitment
· Attention to detail, Inquisitive approach, Great communication skills
CAT Tools: Knowledge of CAT tools is important: Semrush, AhRefs, Wordpress, experience in quality management is required.
Language: English + mother tongue + third language is desired.
Time zone coverage needed: CET +/-2 is preferred.
As a Quality Lead, you will primarily support two accounts – a company in the employment services and in the construction industry.
