About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands the way real people speak? We're partnering with leading AI research teams to capture authentic, natural human speech — and we need professional voice performers who speak Mexican Spanish to make it happen.

This is a paid contract role involving in-person studio recording sessions. You'll perform natural conversational dialogue that helps AI systems learn to understand real, human-sounding speech — not robotic, scripted output. This project does not involve voice cloning.

  • Type: Contract
  • Session Format: 2–3 sessions of 4 hours each
  • Location: Professional recording studio (locally assigned in Mexico)

What You'll Do

  • Record natural, conversational Spanish (Mexico) speech in a professional studio environment
  • Participate in solo recording sessions and dual-speaker dialogue exchanges
  • Deliver realistic, unscripted-sounding performances across a range of tones and scenarios
  • Follow light direction to adjust pacing, tone, and delivery as needed
  • Bring authentic Mexican Spanish accent and cadence to every session

Who You Are

  • A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience
  • A native or near-native Spanish (Mexico) speaker with an authentic regional accent
  • Currently based in Mexico
  • Comfortable performing natural, conversational dialogue — not just scripted reads
  • Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio setting
  • Working-level English for communication purposes

  • Acting or performance background
  • Prior experience in broadcast, podcasting, or professional studio recording
  • Comfort with both solo performance and back-and-forth dialogue sessions
