Growth Marketing Analyst IV
Job description
Contingent Worker Job Description: Digital Analytics Specialist — Meta Blueprint
Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to establish the measurement foundation for the Meta Blueprint Product Design team. This role owns the translation of product and business goals into KPI frameworks for each of Blueprint's digital surfaces and page types, and builds AI-assisted dashboards that automate baseline metric collection, surface actionable insights, and identify growth opportunities.
This CW will work closely with the Product Design Manager and cross-functional partners in Data/Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, and Program Management to establish the measurement foundation needed to make data-driven decisions across Blueprint programs, certifications, and web experiences.
Business Context
Meta Blueprint is the education platform that helps businesses and individuals learn to use Meta's tools effectively. As we evolve our product strategy to maximize conversion — across product adoption, ad spend, and audience engagement — we need a robust analytics infrastructure that enables us to:
●Understand our audience segments (new users, power users, churned users)
●Track key performance indicators across the user journey (awareness → intention → decision → action)
●Run experiments and A/B tests to optimize experiences
●Track trends and identify opportunities
We are expanding our data foundation to scale impact and tie efforts to revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Measurement Strategy & KPI Definition
●Translate business and product objectives into measurable KPIs and reporting requirements for distinct page types and surfaces — course and certification pages, landing and campaign pages, LMS experiences, and program hubs — recognizing that each has a different conversion goal
●Define and document KPI frameworks and metric definitions, including which metrics are primary versus diagnostic for a given page's goal
●Govern event taxonomy, audit event collection and funnel integrity; track data-quality issues with engineering partners
Dashboard Development & Automation
Reduce manual data-pull efforts by leveraging AI tooling and automation to streamline recurring analytics workflows
●Design and build AI-assisted dashboards and reporting workflows that automate baseline data collection across Blueprint surfaces (web, LMS, programs, certifications), using AI tooling for summarization, anomaly detection, and narrative insight generation
●Create automated reporting pipelines that surface key metrics including registration rates, monthly active users (MAU), retention, conversion rates, and engagement patterns
Data Analysis & Opportunity Identification
●Analyze current-state data to identify gaps in the user journey and areas of opportunity for growth
●Segment audiences (power users, new users, at-risk/churned users) and surface insights to inform personalization and targeting strategies
●Identify conversion bottlenecks and work with product designers to recommend data-driven optimizations across Blueprint's digital experiences
Measurement Infrastructure
●Partner with Data/Analytics and Engineering teams to establish tracking foundations and instrumentation for Blueprint surfaces
●Define and implement KPI frameworks for measuring the performance of Blueprint programs, certifications, web pages, and marketing efforts
●Support A/B test setup, execution, and analysis to enable experimentation across the platform
Cross-Functional Collaboration
●Work closely with the Product Design Manager to align analytics work with overall Blueprint product strategy and ensure data insights inform decision-making across workstreams
●Partner with Program Managers, Marketing, Content Activation, and Engineering to identify existing data pipelines to leverage, identify gaps, and standardize measurement across the team
●Deliver regular performance readouts and data-driven recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
●3-5+ years in digital/product analytics, measurement strategy, or business intelligence, including ownership of a KPI framework end-to-end
●Proficiency in dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Unidash, or similar BI platforms)
●Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
●Experience building automated reporting pipelines and data workflows
●Familiarity with AI/ML tools for data analysis and automation (e.g., leveraging AI for data summarization, anomaly detection, or predictive analytics)
●Understanding of web analytics, user journey mapping, and conversion funnel analysis
●Strong communication skills — ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
●Demonstrated ability to translate a page or product goal into the right metrics — e.g., defining success measures for an acquisition landing page versus a course-completion flow versus a certification funnel
●Hands-on experience using AI tooling to automate recurring analytics workflows (dashboard generation, data summarization, anomaly detection, or insight narration)
●Understanding of web analytics instrumentation and event taxonomy (GA4/GTM or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
●Experience with Meta's internal data tools and infrastructure (Presto, Scuba, Unidash, Hive)
●Background in ed-tech, digital marketing analytics, or SaaS product analytics
●Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies
●Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalization strategies
●Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting
