VIP Account Manager with German

About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a German-speaking VIP Account Manager to manage relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate has experience working for a CySEC-regulated company, a valid CySEC Basic Certificate, and a strong understanding of client relationship management in the Forex/CFD industry.

Tasks

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools;
• Promote company products and services to high-value clients;
• Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers;
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention;
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor;
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement;
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (native or C1+ level);
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Mandatory CySEC Basic Certificate; CySEC Advanced Certificate is a plus;
• Proven experience working for a CySEC-regulated company;
• Experience in the Forex/CFD industry, preferably in VIP account management or a similar client-facing role;
• Experience working with regulated EU clients;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• High level of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to regulatory compliance.
