What is Quadcode?
Quadcode is a fintech group that describes itself as home to five fintech brands operating in more than 150 countries. Its main business is Quadcode SaaS, a ready-to-run brokerage platform that other brokers buy to launch their own trading businesses, along with a white-label brokerage offering. The group's portfolio also includes IQ Option, a retail trading app, the retail broker Quadcode Markets, and the brands QCEX and Invetra; banking and exchange products are listed but not yet live. Most sources place its main office in Limassol, Cyprus, and team size estimates range from a few hundred to about 800 people. Kirill Bolotov is reported as CEO of Quadcode SaaS. Worth knowing before you apply: a large share of its open roles are in affiliate, partnership and introducing-broker management for Forex and CFD trading, which are leveraged retail trading products, in markets such as Pakistan, the Middle East and North Africa, and Southeast Asia. Quadcode's 25 openings on 17 October 2026 were all marked remote, each tied to one country. Many were in growth and partnerships: Affiliate Managers for the Philippines and MENA, IB and Affiliate Managers for Asia and MENA focused on Forex and CFD trading, a Business Developer for partner acquisition in Thailand, and an influencer manager for Russian-speaking markets. Others covered client service, such as a VIP Account Manager speaking Thai (Cyprus) and a Customer Support Operator with Arabic and English (Morocco), and technology, such as a Desktop UI Developer and a Growth Marketing Manager for its AI software products. For partnership roles, experience in online brokerage, trading platforms, or affiliate marketing in a regional market, plus a network of partners there, is usually expected. Language roles require fluency in the named language. Be aware that affiliate and introducing-broker roles involve promoting leveraged trading products to retail clients, which carry a high risk of loss and are restricted in some countries. Check the country named in each posting, because remote roles are limited to it.
