About the Role
We are hiring a Hebrew/English Bilingual Expert to evaluate and improve AI-generated content across both languages.
In this role, you will review AI responses, assess reasoning quality, and generate high-quality bilingual training content. Your work will directly improve the accuracy, clarity, and reliability of advanced AI systems.
This is a fully remote, hourly contractor role with flexible working hours.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated Hebrew and English responses for accuracy, clarity, and reasoning quality.
- Evaluate solutions for correctness and adherence to prompts.
- Identify errors in logic, methodology, and conceptual understanding.
- Fact-check information using reliable sources when required.
- Write high-quality explanations and model answers demonstrating correct reasoning.
- Compare and rank multiple AI responses based on quality and correctness.
- Apply linguistic and quality assurance standards, including terminology consistency and style guide adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI Training Content
- Create prompts and responses to guide AI learning across diverse topics.
- Ensure bilingual accuracy and clarity (Hebrew & English).
Optimize AI Performance
- Evaluate and rank outputs to improve fluency, reasoning, and contextual relevance.
Ensure Model Integrity
- Test AI systems for inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and potential biases.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Hebrew Language, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Hebrew with strong writing and editing skills.
- C1 or higher English proficiency (reading and writing).
- 3+ years of experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, or linguistic review.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply evaluation rubrics consistently.
- Excellent fact-checking skills and ability to validate information.
- Ability to identify reasoning gaps and unclear explanations.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Experience with AI data annotation or evaluation workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with Israeli cultural context and terminology is preferred.
