Growth Marketer (General) Full-time
Canada, United States October 29, 2026

Job description

About Phorest

Phorest started in 2002 on a busy salon reception desk as a simple text-reminder tool.

Today, Phorest builds software and AI-powered tools used by more than 155,000 hair, beauty, and medspa professionals worldwide. We're a product-led SaaS company solving real-world problems across bookings, payments, marketing, and business management, with a big focus on building great experiences for both the businesses we serve and the people who use our products. Everything we build helps the salon and medspa industry thrive.

We're also a Certified B Corp, and 25% of the company is owned by Phoresters. When the company grows, everyone has a stake in that.

The Opportunity

We're growing our presence in the North American medspa market, and we're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Events Executive – MedSpa to help bring our marketing plans to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing area of Phorest's business, helping us build relationships, create awareness, and connect with medspa owners and operators across the US.

You'll play a key role in planning and delivering industry conferences, trade shows, partner events, and other marketing activities that help build Phorest's presence in the medspa community. Alongside events, you'll also support marketing campaigns, content, partnerships, and lead generation initiatives.

Working closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams, you'll help ensure we're showing up in the right places, reaching the right audiences, and creating meaningful opportunities for Phorest to grow.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, loves getting into the details, and takes pride in making things happen. You'll be comfortable coordinating everything from event logistics and vendor relationships to on-site execution, while bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to a growing area of our business.

What You'll Do

Bring our events and partnerships to life

  • Help plan and deliver medspa conferences, trade shows, webinars, partner events, and regional marketing activities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including materials, shipping, scheduling, vendor communication, setup, and on-site execution.
  • Work with industry partners, including skincare brands, device manufacturers, and professional associations, to support joint events, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Support targeted marketing campaigns and gifting initiatives designed to engage medspa owners and decision-makers.
  • Help ensure leads generated through events and partnerships are captured accurately and followed up on promptly.
  • Support post-event reporting and evaluation, identifying opportunities to improve future events.

Support campaigns that drive growth

  • Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, and events.
  • Work with global and regional marketing teams to adapt campaigns and messaging for the North American medspa audience.
  • Manage campaign timelines, materials, and deliverables to ensure activities launch smoothly and on schedule.
  • Track campaign performance, share insights, and identify opportunities to improve results.

Create content that connects with our audience

  • Support the creation and distribution of engaging content, including blog posts, customer stories, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Help deliver partner webinars, educational resources, and marketing initiatives that demonstrate Phorest's value to medspa businesses.
  • Collaborate with our design and content specialists to develop high-quality, on-brand marketing materials.
  • Coordinate updates to medspa website content and landing pages.
  • Stay curious about the medspa industry, keeping up with trends, competitors, and what matters most to medspa owners and operators.

Keep our marketing running smoothly

  • Support the creation, scheduling, and testing of email campaigns to improve engagement and lead generation.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to maintain accurate CRM data, track leads, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor key marketing metrics, including event engagement, leads generated, and conversion rates.
  • Help manage event and marketing budgets, expenses, campaign assets, and reporting.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and make our event and marketing activities more efficient and effective.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who's enthusiastic about events and marketing, enjoys working with people, and is excited to help grow a brand in a new market.

You'll ideally bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Experience planning or supporting conferences, trade shows, corporate events, or marketing campaigns, including coordinating logistics and working with vendors or partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and event details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with event organizers, partners, and internal teams.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and SEO.
  • Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Confidence using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and tools such as Canva or similar design platforms.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to solve problems when priorities or event requirements change.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across North America to support conferences, trade shows, partner events, and other industry activities, including event setup and on-site coordination.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in the medspa, aesthetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, or healthcare technology industries.
  • Experience working with industry partners or supporting co-marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or targeted B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • An understanding of the US medspa market and the needs of medspa owners, clinicians, and practice managers.
