This is a high-visibility, fast-paced position that demands exceptional attention to detail, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with urgency and precision. You will work directly alongside senior leaders, acting as a "Chief of Staff–lite" operator who is equally at home designing cadence and process as crafting polished executive communications.

- Own organizational communications including newsletters, All-Team Meeting (ATM) content, and staff meeting decks at an executive-grade standard
- Manage cross-team projects and ad hoc business initiatives as business needs evolve, executing across multiple disciplines simultaneously
- Support recognition and awards programs, including stakeholder coordination and end-to-end project management
- Provide operational support to multiple leadership team members, shifting context quickly as priorities change
- Drive business planning processes and support the development and tracking of KPIs and strategic initiatives

4+ years of business program or project management experience, including end-to-end ownership of cross-team programs
4+ years of executive communications and content development experience, producing leadership-grade materials
3+ years of hands-on OKR and business performance tracking experience, including tooling and dashboard management
Prior experience supporting senior leadership or executive offices in an operational or Chief of Staff–type capacity
Minimum 12 months of continuous tenure in a comparable role is required
Bachelor's degree required; field of study is flexible but degree is a non-negotiable requirement

Hands-on OKR and goal management expertise, including building and maintaining performance tracking frameworks
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentation and content development
Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI for status dashboards and business performance tracking
Executive-level written communication skills, including business writing for newsletters, meeting content, and leadership briefings
