Early Adopters: Feedback on a New Product Concept
Job description
What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on an unreleased digital service to understand how it fits into daily routines. We want to identify the main friction points people experience with their current tools. This feedback directly shapes our feature roadmap and launch strategy.
How It Works
During this remote session, you will review a series of mockups and interactive prototypes for a new product concept. We will ask you to explain your current workflows and point out where the proposed design helps or falls short. You will also answer direct questions about potential objections and how much you would expect to pay for the service. The conversation flows naturally, allowing you to give unstructured feedback on what catches your eye.
Who This Is For
We are looking for regular users of digital applications who enjoy testing new concepts. We welcome early adopters, beta testers, and everyday consumers who have strong opinions on software pricing and usability. You should be comfortable giving candid, constructive criticism on rough designs.
Responsibilities
- Review early-stage product concepts and interactive mockups
- Explain your current habits and how you solve similar problems today
- Provide honest feedback on the potential use cases and main objections
- Discuss pricing models and what you consider a fair value for the service
Requirements
- Active user of consumer digital products or services
- Comfortable articulating your thoughts on early design concepts
- Willing to share details about your current spending habits on software
- Able to join a remote video call and share your screen if needed
