Location: Remote, Poland
Contract Type: Freelance (Contract)
Compensation: $10/hour
What You’ll Do
- Review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated outputs across text, image, audio, and video
- Perform quality checks for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines
- Flag edge cases, errors, and areas for improvement in model outputs and instructions
- Create and refine high‑quality datasets to train and validate advanced AI models
- Participate in calibration sessions and quality alignment activities
- Provide clear feedback to improve workflows, tools, and annotation guidelines
Requirements:
- Native‑level proficiency in Ukrainian
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proven experience in annotation, content review, quality assurance, data labeling, localization, or related fields
- Ability to work independently, follow detailed guidelines, and meet deadlines
- Based in Poland and able to work remotely
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multilingual or multimedia content (text, images, audio, video)
- Familiarity with annotation platforms and productivity tools (e.g., task trackers, spreadsheets)
- Background in AI/ML data operations, content moderation, or linguistic QA
