Job description
About the Opportunity
## About this opportunity
This is a talent pool application, not a role with an immediate start date.
We are building a vetted network of business professionals ahead of upcoming project demand. AI systems are increasingly asked to plan, prioritise and advise on how organisations should operate — and judging whether that advice would survive contact with a real company requires people who have run the work.
By applying, you join a curated pool. When a project matching your profile opens, you are contacted directly, with the scope and the compensation laid out upfront. There is no obligation to accept, and no penalty for declining. You stay in the pool for future opportunities.
## What this work typically looks like
Projects vary depending on the needs of our AI partners. Typical work may include:
- Evaluating whether an AI system's business reasoning, assumptions and recommendations hold up.
- Reviewing AI-generated plans, analyses and decisions for accuracy, feasibility and completeness.
- Identifying advice that sounds sensible in the abstract but would fail in a real organisation.
- Designing realistic business scenarios and test cases used to evaluate AI capabilities.
- Creating evaluation criteria and rubrics that separate strong answers from weak ones.
- Reviewing work produced by other business professionals against those rubrics.
This is expert, task-based work performed remotely and asynchronously.
## Requirements
- Hands-on professional experience running or advising on business work — not only studying it.
- At least one verifiable signal of your professional background.
- Comfortable reading and writing technical content in English.
- Work only with the materials provided by the project.
You must never use confidential employer or client information, internal documents, or non-public data. Vetto projects never require it.
Who Can Apply
- Strategy and management consultants.
- Operations and supply chain professionals.
- Product managers.
- Marketing and growth professionals.
- Sales and business development professionals.
- HR and talent professionals.
- Project and program managers.
- Business analysts.
- Founders and entrepreneurs with operating experience.
- General managers and executives with a hands-on track record.
- Process improvement and quality professionals.
What matters most is demonstrable experience solving real business problems.
