Partner Manager – MedSpa

Phorest

Partnerships Manager Full-time
Canada, United States October 29, 2026

Job description

About Phorest

Phorest started in 2002 on a busy salon reception desk as a simple text-reminder tool.

Today, Phorest builds software and AI-powered tools used by more than 155,000 hair, beauty, and medspa professionals worldwide. We're a product-led SaaS company solving real-world problems across bookings, payments, marketing, and business management, with a big focus on building great experiences for both the businesses we serve and the people who use our products. Everything we build helps the salon and medspa industry thrive.

We're also a Certified B Corp, and 25% of the company is owned by Phoresters. When the company grows, everyone has a stake in that.

The Opportunity

We're building something exciting at Phorest.

We've established a strong reputation in the hair and beauty industry, and now we're investing in our next big growth opportunity: the North American medspa market.

We're looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused Partner Manager – MedSpa to help us grow our presence in this space by building meaningful industry partnerships and turning those relationships into new business opportunities.

You'll work with skincare and injectable brands, device manufacturers, distributors, industry associations, educators, and other key players in the medspa community to create partnerships that drive awareness, qualified leads, and recurring revenue for Phorest.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll manage existing partner relationships, identify new opportunities, and execute joint initiatives that deliver measurable results. You'll focus on key medspa markets across the US, working closely with regional partner teams to connect with established medspa businesses and create a strong pipeline of opportunities.

You won't be doing this entirely from behind a screen. Regular travel will be an important part of the role, whether that's meeting partners, attending industry conferences, hosting regional events, or getting out into the medspa community to build relationships.

We're looking for someone who's proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking ownership. Someone who can build trust, spot opportunities, and turn great relationships into meaningful business growth.

What You'll Do

Build and grow strategic industry partnerships

  • Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of medspa industry partners, working closely with their sales, marketing, education, and regional teams.
  • Identify and engage potential new partners, including skincare and injectable brands, device manufacturers, distributors, professional associations, education providers, consultants, and complementary technology businesses.
  • Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders, understanding their priorities and identifying opportunities to collaborate.
  • Develop and execute joint partnership initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, educational events, webinars, and sales activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners, ensuring initiatives move forward and deliver value for both businesses.

Turn partnerships into pipeline and revenue

  • Take ownership of generating qualified medspa leads, new business opportunities, and recurring revenue through partner channels.
  • Work closely with our Sales team to ensure partner-sourced leads are qualified, followed up on, and converted into customers.
  • Confidently communicate Phorest's value proposition to medspa owners, operators, clinicians, and practice leaders.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and take action to strengthen engagement and commercial results.
  • Build and maintain a healthy partnership pipeline, tracking progress against agreed commercial goals.

Get out into the medspa community

  • Build relationships with regional partner teams in key US medspa markets, including Tennessee, Florida, California, Chicago, Arizona, Houston, New York, and Utah.
  • Represent Phorest at medspa conferences, trade shows, partner events, workshops, and regional industry gatherings.
  • Work with partners to organize and deliver joint events, educational sessions, product demonstrations, and other activities that create opportunities to connect with medspa businesses.
  • Engage directly with medspa owners and operators, building trust and strengthening Phorest's presence within the industry.
  • Ensure event and partner-generated leads are captured accurately and followed up on promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.

Collaborate and help shape our approach

  • Work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and global Partnerships teams to bring partner initiatives to life.
  • Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns, webinars, educational content, customer stories, and other partner-led marketing activities.
  • Share insights from partner conversations, customer feedback, and market trends to help shape our approach to the medspa sector.
  • Stay informed about the North American medspa market, emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Look for creative ways to strengthen our partner network, improve execution, and build Phorest's credibility in the industry.

Take ownership of performance and delivery

  • Track partner activity, lead generation, pipeline contribution, customer conversions, and recurring revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner relationships, activities, and opportunities within our CRM.
  • Manage multiple partner initiatives, timelines, and priorities, ensuring consistent follow-through and delivery.
  • Use performance insights to identify what's working, make improvements, and maximize the impact of our partnerships.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who loves building relationships, spotting commercial opportunities, and turning ideas into action.

You'll ideally bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or consultative B2B sales.
  • Experience working within the medspa, medical aesthetics, skincare, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing partnerships that generate qualified leads, pipeline growth, and measurable commercial results.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with industry partners, business owners, clinicians, and senior decision-makers.
  • A commercially driven mindset, with experience identifying opportunities, managing partner performance, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to represent Phorest at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, particularly when coordinating events, campaigns, and multiple partner initiatives.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive activity forward without needing a fully established playbook.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other business teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate CRM records, manage follow-up activity, and track commercial performance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the US to meet partners, attend conferences, and participate in industry and regional events.

Even better if you have:

  • An established network of contacts within the North American medspa, aesthetics, or skincare industry.
  • Experience working with skincare or injectable brands, device manufacturers, distributors, professional associations, or clinical education providers.
  • Experience developing regional partner programs or helping a business expand into a new market.
  • Experience with partner-led marketing, co-selling, educational events, or joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
