Project Coordinator II

The Project Coordinators may act as the day-to-day point of contact for projects within our portfolio, handling workflow and operations so Project Managers may support strategic initiatives.

Core Responsibilities
Overseeing projects with PjM guidance and support
Attending and pulling documentation for weekly business reviews with vendors for each project; you may lead these calls at times too
Driving the development of guidelines for projects, validating inputs with PjM and Product XFNs
Cascading quality deficiencies upstream and downstream to ensure calibration among project teams
Proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, alerting and looping in PjMs as needed for escalation
Advising team on best practice for quality assurance and data annotation
Collaborating with the project manager to standardize training/onboarding
Collaborating with the project manager to monitor rater performance
Willingness to work with vendors across multiple time zones
Making informed decisions that balance impact with tradeoffs, navigating complex projects with ambiguous factors
Scope out project requirements, including staffing requirements, with PjM support
Support with any additional tasks to help with program excellence
Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols for data annotation projects, including spot-checks, calibration sessions, and feedback loops
Conduct root cause analyses to identify quality misalignments and drive continuous improvement
Monitor rater and vendor performance using established KPIs, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance team collaboration
Make informed decisions in ambiguous situations, balancing impact, tradeoffs, and stakeholder needs
Create dashboards to provide visibility into key quality metrics such as accuracy, pass rate, error rate, and so forth
Drive and support data ingestion tasks, including cleansing data and ensuring it is ready for upload onto our internal tooling
Standardize training and onboarding processes for new team members
Monitor rater performance and advise on best practices for quality assurance
Scope project requirements, including staffing, with Project Manager support
Coordinates meetings, schedules, and deadlines for team members and stakeholders.
Facilitates communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Maintains project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and status updates
Assists with task management, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring completion.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $38.38/hour - $47.98/hour.
