Audio Transcription Specialist (AI Training)

What You'll Do

  • Transcribe audio recordings into accurate, well-formatted written text following clear guidelines
  • Handle a variety of audio types — different accents, speaking speeds, and recording qualities
  • Apply consistent formatting, punctuation, and speaker-labeling conventions
  • Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes where relevant
  • Meet quality and turnaround targets for each assigned batch of audio
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

  • A strong, focused listener who catches nuance and detail in spoken language
  • Comfortable typing accurately at a reasonable pace
  • Patient and methodical when working through challenging audio (accents, background noise, overlapping speakers)
