What You'll Do

  • Listen to audio recordings and transcribe speech into accurate, well-formatted text
  • Handle a variety of speakers, accents, speech speeds, and audio quality levels
  • Apply consistent formatting, punctuation, and grammar rules throughout each transcript
  • Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes where required
  • Meet quality standards and turnaround targets for each assignment
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
