About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal samples and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional recording setup.

What You'll Do

  • Record high-quality voice samples in Italian from provided scripts and prompts
  • Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
  • Review and refine scripts to ensure they read naturally and deliver with clarity
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar professional voice work
  • Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
  • Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
  • Able to deliver expressive, clear, and engaging voice performances consistently
  • Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

  • Experience in broadcast, commercial, or character voice work
  • Familiarity with audio editing software or recording workflows
