About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a passion for quality performance.

What You'll Do
- Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, natural flow, and authentic delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Fluent in Italian — native or near-native speaker with strong command of natural spoken Italian
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar professional voice work
- Equipped with a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with studio recording, broadcast, or professional audio production
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
- Knowledge of regional Italian accents and dialectal variation
- Background in theatre, film, radio, or e-learning voice work
