Accountabilities:

  • Manage a defined geographic territory by engaging with new and existing midmarket customers to drive solution adoption and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and demonstrating the value of workplace technology solutions.
  • Prospect for new opportunities in a high-volume sales environment and develop qualified pipeline through outbound engagement.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, identify customer needs, and convert opportunities into successful upsell and expansion outcomes.
  • Create, deliver, and manage customer-facing demonstrations, presentations, proposals, quotes, and business reviews.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level and VP-level executives, to understand strategic priorities and position relevant solutions.
  • Qualify opportunities, collaborate with technical resources when needed, and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Manage sales documentation, proposals, and account activities using customer relationship management tools.
  • Drive customer value realization by ensuring clients maximize their investments and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role focused on SaaS, UCaaS, cloud-based solutions, or technology platforms.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with business decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to manage opportunities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
