Accountabilities:
The Account Executive, Data Management will be responsible for driving revenue growth through enterprise sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and positioning data intelligence solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Identify, engage, and close prospective customers through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and strategic account development.
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, solution presentations, proof-of-value initiatives, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and translate technical capabilities into measurable business value.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and guide prospects through evaluations to showcase the impact of data discovery and classification capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, including senior stakeholders across business, legal, finance, and procurement teams.
- Manage sales forecasting activities and provide accurate visibility into pipeline progress, opportunities, and revenue expectations.
- Partner cross-functionally with customer success, product, and technical teams to ensure successful customer adoption and long-term value realization.
- Identify customer use cases that support expansion opportunities and drive account growth.
- Maintain high activity levels across sales channels, including calls, emails, networking, and social selling.
- Act as a trusted advisor by helping customers solve data management challenges and improve operational outcomes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong SaaS background, proven success selling complex solutions, and the ability to engage with large organizations through consultative selling.
- 5+ years of direct SaaS mid-market or enterprise sales experience, with a focus on complex solution selling.
- Proven track record of prospecting, developing, and closing enterprise opportunities within large organizations.
- Experience selling data management, cybersecurity, data intelligence, governance, or related technology solutions is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in early-stage or high-growth technology companies with consistent quota achievement.
- Strong ability to identify business use cases and articulate measurable value to executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
