Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and insightful Temporary Training Data Annotation Advisor to participate in an existing online training program and provide comprehensive, actionable feedback on the content, structure, and delivery. The primary goal of this role is to act as a critical participant, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the comprehensiveness, clarity, and overall efficacy of the training materials for future participants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Active Participation: Fully engage in the online training program as a dedicated participant, following all modules, exercises, and assessments.
- Comprehensive Feedback: Provide detailed, structured, and constructive feedback on all aspects of the training content, including:
- Clarity and Accuracy: Identifying ambiguous language, confusing concepts, or factual errors.
- Comprehensiveness: Pointing out missing information, gaps in knowledge transfer, or areas that require more depth.
- Structure and Flow: Assessing the logical sequence of modules, the pacing, and the balance between different topics.
- Engagement and Delivery: Providing input on the effectiveness of multimedia elements, interactivity, and the overall learning experience.
- Insight Generation: Propose concrete, actionable suggestions for content revision, material organization, and methods for better ensuring comprehension for a wide range of learners.
- Documentation: Compile all findings and recommendations into a formal, structured report or series of documentation as required by the project lead.
- Wrap-up Meeting: Participate in a final debriefing session with the content development team to present and discuss findings.

Required Knowledge:
- English B2
- Oral and written comprehension
- Appropriate use of language
- 18+ years old.
- 3+ year of residency in Germany
- German Native speakers
- Not currently working on another TELUS Digital AI Project
- Currently Studying Business, Data science/Analytics, Linguistic, Marketing or Tech fields.
