Getting work is application-based, and not every application lands. Our "My Applications" tab shows the honest spread: one role selected, several under review, and one rejected as "not a match." You apply to many, qualify for some, and wait, exactly the wave pattern this whole industry runs on.

Who Qualifies and What the Work Involves
Most rater and assessor roles need no prior AI experience. You typically must be based in the country the project hires for, be fluent in the required language, and pass a qualification exam plus guideline training before you start.
