Job description

Task description: Purchase or imitate purchases from provided websites and evaluate their shopping experience to help us improve online purchasing for all internet users according to the guidelines provided.

The contributors will be asked to Share feedback after evaluating an online service. You will be required to fill in questionnaires providing detailed feedback about the entire user experience.  

Participants will purchase items for the project using your own personal funds, maintaining detailed transaction records to enable reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

Shop at a wide variety of online retailers, analyze and collect a range of detailed data about every aspect of the experience - finding products, contacting customer service, return policies etc..

  • Conduct extensive internet research on assigned projects
  • Provide thorough project recommendations, guidelines, and solutions based on research and deep local / regional / cultural knowledge
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation with minimal supervision
  • Review and Vet lists of data on a regular basis
  • Daily maintenance and updates of data on trackers
  • Provide ongoing feedback on processes to improve quality and efficiency (feedback from the crowd resources)

Estimate project duration- till December 2026, this can be extended

Workload: up to 5 hours per month

This is a continuous project, workload will depend on the task availability

Compensation:

  • $32.08 USD per task
  • Each task is 55 minutes long and is a multi step process and takes up to 14 days to complete
  • Payment will be made after task completion and QA approval, which will be performed according to the task guidelines.
  • Invoices for purchases need to be submitted for QA approval to be reimbursed.
  • This is an independent contractor opportunity.
