About HireArt

HireArt is a Y Combinator-backed end-to-end platform to source, employ, and manage W-2 contract workforces. Clients include Toyota Research Institute, Facebook, Nasdaq, and Lyft.

About the Role

6-month contract-to-hire position. As a Recruiter at HireArt, you'll own full lifecycle recruiting outcomes as the "Role Owner" — driving hiring through sourcing strategy, funnel management, stakeholder alignment, and offer closing.

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle recruiting outcomes: First Listings SLA, shortlist generation, funnel health, and headcount fulfillment
  • Build and execute recruiting strategies across outbound sourcing, inbound applicants, and staffing partner pipelines
  • Monitor funnel performance and proactively address bottlenecks and supply gaps
  • Partner with staffing vendors and internal stakeholders on candidate flow
  • Serve as a strategic recruiting partner on hiring trends, pipeline strategy, and workforce planning

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in staffing, agency, search, or high-volume hiring
  • Proven experience owning full-cycle recruiting outcomes
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills and understanding of recruiting funnel metrics
  • US work authorization required — no sponsorship, no corp-to-corp
