About the Role
As a Recruiter at HireArt, you'll own full lifecycle recruiting outcomes as the "Role Owner" — driving hiring through sourcing strategy, funnel management, stakeholder alignment, and offer closing.
Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle recruiting outcomes: First Listings SLA, shortlist generation, funnel health, and headcount fulfillment
- Build and execute recruiting strategies across outbound sourcing, inbound applicants, and staffing partner pipelines
- Monitor funnel performance and proactively address bottlenecks and supply gaps
- Partner with staffing vendors and internal stakeholders on candidate flow
- Serve as a strategic recruiting partner on hiring trends, pipeline strategy, and workforce planning
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in staffing, agency, search, or high-volume hiring
- Proven experience owning full-cycle recruiting outcomes including sourcing strategy and funnel management
- Strong outbound sourcing skills
- Strong understanding of recruiting funnel metrics
- Experience managing multiple candidate supply channels
