Bilingual Tutor (Tagalog / English)

About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Tutor (Tagalog / English) to support AI model training and evaluation.

In this role, you will engage directly with AI chatbots, evaluating their responses, improving their performance, and helping train them through structured conversations in both Tagalog and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with AI chatbots in Tagalog and English
• Create and simulate conversations to train AI systems
• Evaluate chatbot responses for logic, accuracy, and performance
• Provide feedback to improve language quality and reasoning
• Develop new conversational scenarios to enhance AI learning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in both Tagalog and English
• Strong command of grammar, tone, and writing style
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to evaluate logic and communication quality
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
• Background in linguistics, communications, or related fields
