SME Careers is seeking a Catalan Language Expert to help train and improve frontier AI models by reviewing AI-generated Catalan content and creating high-quality reference responses. In this remote contractor role, you will evaluate language quality, provide detailed written feedback, develop gold-standard content, and ensure AI outputs are accurate, fluent, culturally appropriate, and logically consistent.

Key Responsibilities
Develop AI Training Content
- Create prompts and high-quality Catalan reference answers.

Evaluate AI Responses

Improve AI Performance
Identify:

Rewrite responses to demonstrate best practices in Catalan writing.
Ensure Model Integrity

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in:
- Linguistics

- Catalan Literature

- Or equivalent professional experience
Native or near-native Catalan proficiency.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
3+ years of professional experience in:
