Project Coordinator II

The APA Project Manager is the driving force behind the continuous operation of the APA program. This individual contributor role is responsible for ensuring effective daily program operations while maintaining a high standard of rapport with external partners. The protection of positive relationships with the developer community serves as the guiding principle in internal decision-making. The APA Project Manager possesses extensive knowledge of the Quest MR/VR content portfolio and efficiently manages multiple requests simultaneously, utilizing the program's processes and service level agreements [SLAs] to set appropriate expectations with both internal and external stakeholders during execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and triage incoming requests — check that the asset, intended use, partner, and deadline are clear; request missing information and prioritize time-sensitive work.

• Coordinate partner approvals — send complete requests to the appropriate developer or IP owner, consolidate feedback, and follow up on pending decisions

• Check assets against approval requirements — verify the correct version, permitted usage, and confidentiality restrictions; escalate unclear rights or exceptions to Legal.

• Maintain approval records and asset libraries — capture written approvals, restrictions, approved versions, and current status so others can find and use assets correctly.

• Keep campaigns and launches moving — give Marketing, PMM, Production, and other stakeholders clear updates; flag approval risks early and coordinate delivery of cleared assets

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39/hour - $46/hour.
