What We're Researching
We're running a paid study on the intersection of artificial intelligence and everyday consumer habits. We want to understand how shoppers leverage conversational AI platforms to discover products, compare options, and finalize purchase decisions. The insights from this research feed directly into the design of future conversational commerce experiences.
How It Works
During this remote voice and video session, you will walk us through your typical process for researching products online. We will ask you to share your screen and demonstrate how you prompt conversational AI tools for shopping recommendations. You will also react to a few hypothetical purchase scenarios and explain how you would evaluate the AI's suggestions. The conversation flows casually, focusing strictly on your real-world habits and preferences.
Who This Is For
We are looking for regular online consumers who actively use conversational AI tools to assist with their shopping. We welcome early adopters, tech-savvy parents, deal hunters, and everyday shoppers who regularly seek product recommendations from AI platforms. You should be comfortable discussing your recent purchase history and articulating your thought process on a recorded call.
