About the role
The right hand of the founder. You'll translate vision into execution, coordinate across every team, run special projects, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. High-trust, high-impact, at the center of everything.
Responsibilities
- Act as a force multiplier for the founder, handling what should not require direct founder attention
- Drive strategic initiatives and special projects from definition to completion
- Coordinate across engineering, product, sales, legal, and operations
- Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and key decisions
- Build internal processes and operating cadences as the company scales
- Represent the founder's priorities in meetings, reviews, and decisions

Leverages AI across every function: research, planning, coordination, and communication
Candidates must be comfortable working alongside AI employees, using AI tools daily, reviewing AI-generated outputs, delegating tasks to AI systems, and operating in AI-human collaborative workflows. Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, or similar is strongly preferred.
