About the role

Handle the day-to-day legal work of a fast-moving startup: commercial contracts, vendor agreements, corporate governance, and the legal questions that arise with rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements
  • Support corporate governance, board meetings, and equity matters
  • Advise on startup-specific legal matters (equity, fundraising, employment)
  • Maintain legal templates and standard agreement library
  • Research legal issues and advise on new business initiatives
