Opportunity
Selected participants will complete an approximately 30-minute (or less) remote survey focused on health plan pharmacy benefits, PBM relationships, and specialty-pharmacy decision-making.
This is a one-time, paid opportunity with no ongoing commitment.
Compensation
- $200 USD
- Approximately 30 minutes or less
- Fully remote
- Flexible scheduling
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently work at a health plan, health insurer, or managed care organization operating in the United States
- Commercial is your organization's majority line of business (your organization may also operate Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid managed care lines in addition to Commercial)
- You know your health plan's approximate covered-lives count
- Your role is one of the following:
- A clinical decision maker (e.g., Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director, VP Clinical Pharmacy)
- A financial decision maker (e.g., VP Pharmacy Benefits, Director of Pharmacy Finance, VP Network/Vendor Management)
- A pharmacy influencer or day-to-day contact (e.g., Pharmacy Benefits Manager, Clinical Pharmacist, PBM Relationship Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Manager)
- You are involved in PBM and/or specialty-pharmacy vendor selection, and are familiar with your organization's PBM contracting model (e.g., pass-through, spread pricing, rebate structure)
Ideal Candidate
You play an active role in your health plan's pharmacy benefits or specialty-pharmacy decisions, and can speak knowledgeably about your organization's PBM relationships and contracting approach.
