Adversary Exploitation Lead
Job description
Adversary Exploitation Lead (AI & Cyber Training)
About the Role
What if your offensive security expertise could directly influence how AI systems understand and reason about cyber threats? We're looking for an Adversary Exploitation Lead to dig deep into threat-actor behaviors, map exploitation chains, and produce sharp, structured assessments of real-world adversary activity.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for cybersecurity professionals who think like attackers. If you live and breathe TTPs, privilege escalation, and adversary tradecraft — this is your kind of work.
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: Flexible, task-based
What You'll Do
- Analyze exploitation chains, privilege-escalation paths, and attack surfaces across a range of threat scenarios
- Evaluate threat-actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) with precision and depth
- Identify systemic weaknesses that enable adversary exploitation
- Produce clear, structured written assessments of adversary behaviors and operational patterns
- Validate detection logic and challenge defensive assumptions
- Support recurring reviews of threat-intelligence datasets and simulation outputs
Who You Are
- Experienced in cybersecurity, offensive security, or threat intelligence — you know how attackers think
- Deep understanding of exploit development and adversary tradecraft
- Strong analytical writer who can translate complex findings into structured, actionable documentation
- Detail-oriented and systematic — you don't miss what others overlook
- Comfortable working independently and delivering quality output without hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Background in red-team operations or penetration testing
- Experience with malware analysis or reverse engineering
- Prior work in threat intelligence, incident response, or vulnerability research
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI and cybersecurity projects alongside leading research teams
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, high-impact work
- Apply your offensive security expertise to projects that directly shape how AI reasons about real-world threats
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
