About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional German-language voice actors to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping next-generation AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
- Record professional-grade German voice audio using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, tonal consistency, and emotional authenticity
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
- Review and suggest script adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
- Native or near-native fluency in German with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
- Owner of a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
- Keenly attuned to nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, pacing, and pronunciation
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience across multiple German-language genres — commercial, narrative, character, documentary
- Familiarity with audio editing software or DAW environments
- Awareness of regional German dialect and accent variations
- Background in broadcast, theatre, film dubbing, or e-learning audio production
