Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)
About the Role
We partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Right now, we're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help us build high-quality datasets and evaluation frameworks for security and risk reasoning.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your real-world compliance expertise to shape how AI systems understand governance, risk management, and security policy — work that has a lasting impact on how frontier AI handles some of the most nuanced challenges in the field.

What You'll Do
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
- Classify and evaluate compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
- Generate and validate training and evaluation data that teaches AI systems how GRC reasoning works in practice
- Provide structured, precise written feedback on complex compliance scenarios
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
- Solid familiarity with one or more frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning skills
- Self-directed and reliable working independently in an async environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in information security or IT audit
- Experience writing or reviewing risk assessments or control narratives
