About the Role
Mercor is hiring expert evaluators in Japanese Language and Cultural Fluency to review and assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.
This role involves evaluating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, translations, localized content, business communications, and culturally sensitive materials generated by AI systems and applying deep expertise in Japanese language and culture to assess output quality against established evaluation standards.
This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity.

Required Qualifications

- Native or professional fluency in English
- Advanced proficiency with:
