Mercor is recruiting UK-based Sales Experts to contribute to a research initiative with a leading foundational AI model laboratory.
This project focuses on creating and evaluating realistic B2B SaaS sales workflows and pipeline scenarios used to train frontier AI systems.
Contributors will help simulate and review modern enterprise sales processes including:
- Prospecting
- Qualification
- Discovery calls
- Product demos
- Objection handling
- Follow-ups
- Customer roleplay
- Deal progression
Ideal Background
The project is seeking professionals with experience in roles such as:
- Account Executive (AE)
- SDR / BDR
- Solutions Engineer
- Sales Engineer
- Sales Operations
- Revenue Operations (RevOps)
Strong preference for candidates with B2B SaaS experience from companies such as:
- MongoDB
- Snowflake
- Databricks
- Salesforce

Required Qualifications

Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Ability to contribute to realistic enterprise sales simulations
Availability for approximately 40 hours/week
