Join a leading AI laboratory's cutting-edge Generative AI team and help build the next generation of enterprise sales AI.
A leading AI lab is training AI systems to perform real enterprise sales work—the kind of complex, judgment-driven workflows that experienced quota-carrying sales professionals execute every day. To accomplish this, the team is seeking seasoned enterprise sales experts to serve as the gold standard for AI training and evaluation.
As an Enterprise Sales Domain Expert, you will use your real-world sales experience to audit AI-generated sales workflows, create expert reference examples, and help define the evaluation standards used to measure AI performance.
This is a full-time W-2 employment opportunity with Cincinnatus LLC. Selected candidates may be placed with a leading AI laboratory as part of its extended workforce. The position is fully remote within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate Enterprise Sales Workflows
- Review complex, multi-step sales workflows.
- Determine whether AI-generated work reflects the decisions and judgment of experienced enterprise sales professionals.
- Identify weaknesses and explain how workflows can be improved.
Build Expert Reference Examples
Create end-to-end examples covering:
- Prospecting
- Pipeline management
- CRM hygiene
- Sales reporting
- Customer-facing documentation
These examples will serve as high-quality reference data for AI training.
Improve Evaluation Standards
- Review and refine evaluation rubrics.
- Ensure scoring criteria accurately distinguish exceptional sales execution from average performance.
Work Within Enterprise Sales Platforms
Complete realistic workflows using enterprise software environments that mirror modern sales organizations, including:
- CRM platforms
- Communication tools
- Billing systems
- Collaboration platforms
Produce Executive-Level Sales Assets
Create polished customer-facing materials such as:
- Sales presentations
- Pitch decks
- Executive summaries
- Sales documentation
Ideal Qualifications
- Approximately 10 years of enterprise sales experience.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience across the complete enterprise sales cycle.
