Role Overview

Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to build realistic enterprise environments used to train and evaluate frontier AI agents.

This project is seeking experienced account executives and B2B sales professionals to recreate real-world digital sales workspaces and help design tasks that meaningfully challenge advanced AI systems.

The work focuses on modeling authentic enterprise sales workflows, tools, files, and deal processes used by modern account executives.

Professionals will contribute expertise in:

  • Enterprise sales
  • Pipeline management
  • Account strategy
  • Multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Sales operations
  • Workflow design

Key Responsibilities

  • Build realistic digital workspaces based on actual sales workflows

  • Organize and model:

    • Drive folders
    • Discovery notes
    • Account plans
    • Pitch decks
    • Mutual action plans
    • Pricing models
    • Proposals
    • Contract redlines
    • Pipeline reviews
    • Email threads
  • Represent supporting workplace platforms such as:

    • Slack
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Jira
    • Confluence
  • Design multi-step tasks requiring navigation across multiple applications, files, and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with other enterprise sales professionals to improve realism and rigor of task scenarios

  • Work asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation criteria and benchmark design

  • Contribute to frontier AI research and enterprise-sales benchmarking initiatives

Ideal Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-time account executive or B2B enterprise sales experience
  • Experience carrying a quota in production sales environments

Compensation

  • Compensation is based on an effective hourly rate
  • Expected pay range is $50–90/hour

Contract & Payment Terms

  • Independent contractor engagement
  • Fully remote work
  • Flexible schedule
  • Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project needs and performance
  • Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise
  • Work does not involve access to confidential employer or client information
