Role Overview
Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to build realistic enterprise environments used to train and evaluate frontier AI agents.
This opportunity is seeking experienced sales and marketing professionals to participate in paid 1-hour live consultations focused on explaining the real workflows, tools, decisions, and operational processes involved in modern B2B sales and marketing roles.
The goal is to help create realistic AI evaluation environments and tasks that accurately reflect how sales and marketing teams operate in real-world organizations.
Professionals will walk researchers through:
- CRM workflows
- Outreach cadences
- Deal stages
- Campaign execution processes
- Reporting systems
- Stakeholder collaboration
- Multi-step operational workflows across platforms and teams
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a 1-hour live video consultation with a Mercor researcher
- Explain day-to-day sales or marketing workflows in detail
- Walk through tools, documents, dashboards, folders, briefs, and reporting structures used in daily work
- Demonstrate how workflows span multiple applications, files, and stakeholders
- Help identify workflows that would meaningfully challenge advanced AI agents
- Optionally contribute to future task authoring work for AI evaluation projects
- Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking initiatives

Ideal Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time experience in sales, account management, customer success, revenue operations, or marketing at a B2B company
