About this opportunity
Bring your software engineering experience and editorial judgment to an independent contractor opportunity focused on improving AI coding responses. Review how clearly an AI coding agent explains its actions, then help turn the stronger response into a concise, useful final message.
What you will contribute
• Compare two final responses based on the same coding trajectory.
• Rate clarity, length and density, structure, formatting, language complexity, and tone using a consistent rubric.
• Select the stronger response and explain your reasoning in a brief, specific rationale.
• Create actionable editing prompts for an AI model, refine the result, and make minor final edits when needed.
• Submit complete ratings, rationale, editing prompts, and the final revised response.
The focus is communication quality and efficiency. Reviewers do not grade code correctness or independently fact-check claims.
Experience suited to this opportunity
• At least four years of software engineering experience, with the ability to follow code changes, terminal commands, tests, and debugging steps.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and the ability to distinguish completed actions from proposed actions, and verified results from assumptions.
• Excellent written English and strong editing judgment.
• Consistent rubric-based evaluation and clear, actionable prompt writing.
• Reliable availability and turnaround for independent contractor contributions.
