Job description
Workada produces high-quality labeled data for advanced technology systems. Our team builds, reviews, evaluates, and quality-checks financial work and related content so those systems can better understand finance and handle real-world analytical tasks.
What You'll Do
Build and review financial analyses and supporting documents, including financial models, valuations, research writeups, and other finance workflows. You'll construct, evaluate, and quality-check work in various types of finance workflows. Every task you complete helps improve how technology reasons about financial information and performs in practical settings.
Who We're Looking For
Contributors with substantive finance experience who take accuracy seriously and can follow detailed instructions consistently. You have hands-on model ownership, author your own analytical work, and understand financial conventions deeply. Prior experience in sell-side equity research, investment banking, or similar roles at top-tier firms is required.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree (preferably finance or economics)
- 24+ months full-time finance experience (excluding internships) at an approved top-tier firm
- Hands-on financial model ownership and authorship experience
- Substantive authored analytical output: research, diligence, or deal work
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Clear written communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- English proficiency, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Desktop or laptop running Windows 10 (or later) or a recent version of macOS. Chromebooks, Linux-based systems, and tablets (e.g., iPad, Surface in tablet mode) are not supported
- Work directly on your own computer. Remote desktop and remote access tools aren’t permitted
