Business Systems Analyst III

Summary:

The Business Marketing Technology team designs and operates the technologies that let Meta's business marketers execute campaigns at scale, partnering across Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.

This role sits as first line of support for enterprise marketing platforms. You will be responsible for platform/campaign operations, following established runbooks, triaging issues, and acting as the bridge between marketers, engineering partners, and third-party vendors. This is a high-volume, fast-paced operational role.

Responsibilities:

• Follow established operator procedures for platform and campaign execution running through the platform.
• Ensure all steps taken are thoroughly documented.
• Provide first line of support, including issue triage, incident management, and escalation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering partners to resolve platform/campaign issues.
• Interact directly with marketers to provide status updates and support.
• Meet SLAs for ticket response and resolution.
• Document root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents.

Performance Measured By:

• Quantitative SLA: Mean time to resolution, speed of answering and closing tickets.
• Qualitative SLA: Quality of documentation and root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in issue triage and incident/escalation management for enterprise marketing platforms.
• Hands-on operation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor support and managing escalation paths.
• Clear written communication and status reporting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work from established runbooks and dashboards independently with limited onboarding.
• Experience working cross-functionally (XFN) and stakeholder management with marketers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to communicate issue status and business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable reading dashboards and reporting on platform health and audience-reach metrics; able to spot anomalies against baselines.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise marketing automation platform - Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred; Salesforce CRM, Marketo, HubSpot, or Adobe Marketing Cloud acceptable, including working with vendor support teams.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50/hour - $60/hour.
