Job description
Human AI is looking for an intermediate Data Annotation Specialist to annotate humanoid-robot video for vision-language-action (VLA) models. This is a remote, part-time contractor engagement open worldwide, with a commitment of 20+ hours per week.
About the Work
AI training is the human work behind modern artificial intelligence. Contributors prepare and review the examples that teach models how to interpret visual information and act on it. On this project your annotations support VLA models trained on video of humanoid robots - hands-on work in a fast-growing field, where careful labelling shapes how robotic systems understand their environment.

The Role
Human AI is seeking an intermediate Data Annotation Specialist with prior experience annotating data for VLA models. The project involves video used to train humanoid robotics systems; additional project details are shared during onboarding. Candidates should be able to work at Level B and have previous annotation experience.

Key Responsibilities
You will review and annotate video data for AI-training workflows. Depending on the assigned tasks, annotations may involve identifying objects, assigning classes, marking locations, outlining regions, and recording points or key points.
- Apply bounding boxes to relevant video content
- Classify identified items or actions
- Perform segmentation on visual regions
- Mark points and key points
- Complete object-detection annotations
- Follow project-specific annotation instructions
Requirements
This role requires previous experience with data annotation for VLA models and the ability to work at Level B, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

- Level B capability
- Previous data-annotation experience
- Experience with a video or image labelling platform - state which platform you have used
- Availability for 20+ hours per week
- Stable internet connection and a computer suitable for video annotation work
Compensation and Engagement
This is a part-time contractor engagement with hourly compensation based on project terms and experience.
