About the Role
We're hiring Public Equities Investors to contribute real-world investment expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows. You will help translate equity research, valuation, and portfolio decision-making into structured tasks that train and evaluate AI systems across financial analysis and investment reasoning.
What You'll Do
- Apply public equities investing expertise to real-world AI projects
- Evaluate AI-generated equity research, valuation models, and investment theses for accuracy and rigor
- Build and review financial models, comps analyses, and valuation frameworks
- Translate investment workflows into structured AI training tasks
- Clearly articulate assumptions, tradeoffs, and investment reasoning
Domain Focus
- Equity research and fundamental analysis
- Valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Portfolio construction and risk management
- Sector and company-specific analysis
- IPO and S-1 analysis (for Experts specializing in this area)
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in public equities investing, equity research, or asset management
- Experience evaluating and analyzing public companies
- Strong modeling and analytical skills
- Clear written communication
- For IPO-focused Experts: direct experience analyzing or working on S-1 filings and IPO processes
