About the Role
What if your sense of fairness and critical thinking could directly influence how AI behaves for millions of people? We're looking for AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns — helping ensure that the AI systems shaping our world are fair, responsible, and trustworthy.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking, cultural awareness, and a genuine interest in social impact. No formal ethics or AI background required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material
- Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences
- Identify ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide variety of tasks and content types
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, or social impact
- A strong critical thinker who can see issues from multiple perspectives
- Attentive to nuance and cultural sensitivity across diverse communities
- A clear and effective written communicator
- Consistent and reliable in applying evaluation guidelines
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or academia required
