Accountabilities:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, and driving business growth through strategic selling. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, product demonstrations, trials, negotiations, and closing.
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Developing strategic relationships with customers, channel managers, and partners within the assigned territory.
  • Conducting consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively.
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge and staying informed about new features, hardware releases, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to support customer success and provide market feedback.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to product and development teams based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Participating in client meetings, industry events, and team gatherings as required.
  • Using sales methodologies and tools to optimize prospecting, opportunity management, and forecasting activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with strong B2B experience and a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven experience managing competitive and strategic sales opportunities within SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills, including outbound sales experience and channel-focused selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills when engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining organization, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with confidence and persistence throughout the sales process.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and team activities.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, Chili Piper, Zoom, Dialpad, or similar sales technologies is considered an asset.
