About the Role
Your public health expertise can do more than inform policy reports — it can shape how millions of people receive health information through AI. We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build models that understand population health, epidemiology, and health equity at a graduate level. We need MPH professionals like you to make that happen.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your domain knowledge directly influences the accuracy and integrity of cutting-edge AI systems.

What You'll Do
- Design Complex Health Scenarios — Develop advanced public health problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and biostatistical interpretation of clinical trial data
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, evidence-based responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from bodies like the CDC and WHO
- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, logical consistency, and adherence to ethical standards
- Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback that helps AI distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks accurately, and respond appropriately to diverse population needs
Who You Are
- Holds a Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or closely related graduate degree
- Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of the following: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy
- Skilled at translating complex health data into clear, actionable, and culturally sensitive written communication
- Detail-oriented — precise when checking statistical significance, data citations, and intervention logic
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or review systems
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
- Background in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance
